Thandi Mokoena, Phumzile Godfrey and Godfrey Mokwana our Zenezele staff at Goba Clinic in Katlehong, Ekurhuleni get Pick n Pay vouchers from our HOD Mrs Hanlie Kapp. A reward for working tirelessly and dedicating their efforts everyday by helping the Katlehong community adhere to HIV treatment.

The Foundation for Professional Development (FPD), in support of the UNAIDS 90-90-90 ambitious goal through funding by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and developed in partnership with the Gauteng Department of Health has implemented Zenzele Peer Support program helping adolescents and PLHIV adhere to treatment in local communities.

Thandi, Phumzile and Godfrey say they are working hard to represent a voice and amplify their services to underrepresented groups for a HIV free generation, as a result they want to improve HIV and TB treatment adherence sensitivity awareness in the community and want to consequently plan to enrol more clients to the Zenzele Adherence Program. They say, they will continue to work hard to ensure that ART adherence awareness become a sustainable and integral part of South African culture.
